Downsizing from a large family home to a light filled penthouse apartment with harbour views, we were engaged to completely re-configure the existing floor plan of this plain 1970s apartment to accomodate the client’s desire for a classic, character filled space. Ceiling mouldings, bespoke doors, joinery were designed with a nod to the contemporary Hamptons style with material selections and soft window furnishings.
